📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with customer teams building real agent systems • Design and implement agents alongside customer engineers • Improve reliability, evaluation strategies, monitoring, and scaling approaches • Help teams move from prototypes to durable systems • Train and upskill customers to become Mastra experts • Share patterns and best practices across accounts • Turn recurring customer challenges into open-source improvements • Fix reliability and performance issues in the core framework • Ship new primitives and refine existing ones • Raise the quality bar across the codebase • Contribute to roadmap direction through production insight • Participate in recruiter, hiring manager, peer, and take-home project interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and operating AI systems in production • Ability to move from implementation details to system-level thinking • Ability to identify patterns across one-off issues • Strong care for developer ergonomics • Comfortable with ownership over a broad scope • Comfortable moving between hands-on customer collaboration and foundational platform design • Experience with TypeScript • Experience with AI agents and agent infrastructure • Resume required • Ability to provide a project link, such as a repository, demo, talk, blog post, or README
