📋 Description

• Lead product design for web and mobile applications, incorporating business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and design standards • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and develop prototypes supporting different user roles, permissions, and workflows • Structure application information and functionality in a logical and intuitive way for team members and end users • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design and product decisions and ensure a positive user experience • Design responsive interfaces for different devices and screen sizes, incorporating icons, illustrations, and brand guidelines • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products and services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design • Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, systems thinking and user-centered design principles • Experience designing complex enterprise software and/or SaaS products, including applications with different user roles, permissions, and workflows • System thinking experience, with demonstrated understanding of how different components, workflows, and users interact with an application • Experience taking complex problems from initiation through completion, working with developers and other cross-functional team members to validate designs and improve systems • Expertise [in] design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their impact on design decisions • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to clients and stakeholders • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working in technological services or government industries (preferred)
