📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services • Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, and security services • Monitor cloud resources and optimize performance, availability, and cost efficiency • Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives • Administer and support Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager environments • Configure and deploy device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments • Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management • Ensure endpoint security, patch management, and device compliance standards • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive • Support identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • Implement and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust security principles • Troubleshoot user access, collaboration, and productivity platform issues • Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy • Maintain server infrastructure, storage systems, and virtualization platforms • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions • Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities • Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and security best practices • Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities across servers, endpoints, and cloud resources • Assist with audits, compliance initiatives, and security assessments • Develop and maintain system documentation and operational procedures • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolution of complex infrastructure issues • Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver technology solutions • Participate in on-call support and incident response activities as required • Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical leadership on projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration and services • Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager • Expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation • Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and identity management • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills • Preferred: Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), and Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and security tools • Preferred: Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks • Preferred: Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
