📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of General Liability claims, including construction defect exposures • Investigate claims to determine liability, damages, and coverage implications • Gather and analyze claim documentation, reports, contracts, and supporting evidence • Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, contractors, experts, and clients throughout the claims process • Evaluate claim exposure and develop appropriate resolution strategies • Negotiate settlements and work toward timely, cost-effective claim resolutions • Maintain accurate claim documentation and file management • Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations, licensing requirements, and client service expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience handling General Liability claims; construction defect experience preferred • Familiarity with state-specific claims handling regulations and licensing requirements • Ability to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve liability claims • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems
