📋 Description

• Develops, configures, tests, and supports AI solutions in collaboration with architects, delivery leaders, and project teams • Builds, configures, and tests AI solution components according to architectural designs and business requirements • Prepares technical instructions, implementation guidelines, and supporting documentation for systems and processes • Documents daily activities, technical updates, and system functions • Coordinates with team members and leads assigned technical tasks for solution development and deployment • Troubleshoots, optimizes, and enhances AI-enabled applications and integrations • Communicates progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders • Uses applicable technology to support development, testing, and implementation work

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent • 3 years related experience • Ability to lead and coordinate the team activities of others • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to execute and draft technical instructions and guidelines • Ability to document daily activities and system functions • Able to work in a team environment • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally • Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability • Experience building AI, machine learning, automation, or data-driven applications • Knowledge of scripting, APIs, data integration, testing practices, and technical documentation standards • Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern development tools • Exposure to generative AI, model integration, workflow automation, or low-code development platforms
