📋 Description

• Provide oversight of telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes • Carry a real caseload • Supervise RBTs and student analysts • Run caregiver training • Facilitate social skills groups • Deliver direct and indirect billable clinical services • Work within a clinician-owned ABA agency's modern, naturalistic, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming clinical model

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience • Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment • Adapt supervision to the person in front of you • Pursue current evidence-based practice independently • Manage time and documentation without being chased • Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership • Pass background check • Minimum 30 clinical hours per week • 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is expected
