📋 Description

• Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers • Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates • Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue • Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution • Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements • Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree Preferred • 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus) • Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills • Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools • Willingness to travel extensively (75% overnight or more) • Must reside in St. Louis Metro area • Deep Knowledge of collision repair and dealership operations • Strong work ethic and energy • Strategic thinker who acts with integrity and customer focus • Confident decision maker and relationship builder • Team oriented and adaptable in a fast-changing environment • A video interview is required for this position • Candidates are not permitted to use generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly allowed by the interview team for a specific exercise.
