📋 Description

• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling • Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the assigned deadline, with flexibility to determine when work is completed • Travel to specific automobile dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets • Log information about each vehicle, including VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage • Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information • Ensure timely, accurate data submission to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation • Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions • High school diploma or equivalent • Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance • Self-motivated with strong time management skills • Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 60 miles for scheduled audit work • Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks • Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments • A video interview is required for this position • Candidates are not permitted to use generative AI or automated assistance during the interviews unless explicitly allowed by the interview team for a specific exercise
