📋 Description

• Administer and support Workday Financial Management, including configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and system support • Translate Finance and business stakeholder requirements into scalable Workday solutions • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Develop and maintain integrations among Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, Adaptive Planning, ERP systems, data warehouses, and enterprise applications • Manage Workday security, user access, roles, domains, and permissions • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and reporting solutions • Support data loads, integration troubleshooting, and data and system issue resolution • Partner with FP&A on Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning integration for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Support releases, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and change management standards • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize system capabilities • Support workforce planning and headcount-related data integration • Support Adaptive Planning configuration, including dimensions, levels, accounts, security, integrations, and related technical components

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering and supporting Workday Financial Management • Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting concepts • Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and integrations • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and its role in budgeting and forecasting • Experience with integrations, APIs, data imports/exports, and enterprise data flows • Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred) • 3–5+ years of Workday Financial Management experience (preferred) • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and integration between Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning (preferred) • Experience with Workday HCM or other ERP systems (preferred) • Experience with SQL, APIs, ETL tools, or integration platforms (preferred) • Experience supporting Finance transformation, automation, or system optimization initiatives (preferred) • Video interview required • Candidates are not permitted to use generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly allowed
