• Call candidates daily and build an active pipeline of available tradespeople. • Interview, screen, and qualify applicants using your own judgment and our AI-assisted tools. • Match the best candidates to client orders based on trade, location, pay, and availability. • Confirm start details, orient candidates on assignment expectations, and send job site information. • Check in on day one and week one. • Build the relationship for redeployment and referrals. • Keep candidate records up to date in Bullhorn throughout the placement lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and Spanish. • Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work. • Natural relationship builder — people enjoy talking to you and you listen well. • Self-directed — you manage your own day and hold yourself accountable without someone watching. • Comfortable on the phone — this is a high-call-volume role (50 calls/day minimum) • Curious about technology — you’re willing to learn new software and interested in how AI tools can make you more effective. • Positive attitude and genuine ambition to grow. • Experience in construction, trades, or any industry working with hourly workers (preferred). • Previous customer service, sales, or outreach experience where relationship-building was the core skill (preferred).
