• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Business, or a related field • 10+ years of sales experience within specialty chemicals or ingredients • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of large national accounts alongside small and mid‑sized customers • Strong business acumen with experience in value‑based selling and commercial negotiations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High level of autonomy, resilience, and customer focus in a remote, field‑based role • Business‑fluent English.
