📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CDI professionals while fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth. • Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, quality, and utilization to meet client expectations and business objectives. • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring successful project delivery, clear communication, and high client satisfaction. • Lead project implementation by managing scope, timelines, financial performance, and quality deliverables, while ensuring changes to project scope, costs, and deadlines are documented and communicated. • Serve as the CDI subject matter expert, evaluating project outcomes and balancing quality, client satisfaction, and profitability. • Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify client needs, develop solution opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support business growth. • Recruit, interview, onboard, mentor, and retain top CDI talent while collaborating with the CQR team to maintain quality standards and identify development opportunities. • Represent UASI as a CDI expert through professional organizations, speaking engagements, networking, and other market-facing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • Active CCDS credential, RN preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ previous management experience • Subject matter expertise specifically with CDI in a consulting environment • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with client and staff. • Strong culture building skills with the ability to increase employee engagement.
