📋 Description

• Act as a thought leader for CDW Technology and the Software Engineering function. • Provide strategic leadership for enterprise software engineering initiatives. • Lead a large engineering organization consisting of 150+ technology professionals. • Work closely with senior business stakeholders and technology leaders. • Lead and manage engineering managers and professional software development teams. • Oversee the planning and execution of a large enterprise technology portfolio. • Mentor engineering leaders and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or business. • 15+ years in enterprise software development environments. • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams and large technology programs. • Experience envisioning and delivering large transformation programs that significantly impact the organization’s strategy. • Experience with DevOps, Secure development, and QA Automation best practices in an Agile environment. • Cloud native development experience is a plus
