📋 Description

• Lead and support planning, coordination, and execution of complex MCICOM projects, including MILCON and ICG initiatives • Manage projects from planning through execution and closeout • Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path activities, and performance metrics • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking project status, schedules, milestones, risks, and performance metrics • Gather, analyze, validate, and document project, technical, and stakeholder requirements • Facilitate project meetings, working groups, and stakeholder discussions; prepare agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up trackers • Develop, organize, update, and maintain project documentation and data repositories • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, financial, operational, technical, Marine Corps, installation, and external stakeholders • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions; support mitigation strategies and issue resolution • Monitor project performance and provide leadership with status, metrics, forecasts, and recommendations • Support project prioritization, change management, resource planning, milestone forecasting, roadmaps, CONOPS, future requirements, and long-range planning • Provide input to budgeting, planning, and project execution activities • Provide direct project management and administrative support to Program Managers and the Program Director • Perform data entry, file and records management, document preparation, reporting, correspondence, meeting coordination, and other project support tasks • Assist with leadership briefings, presentations, reports, status updates, dashboards, and management materials • Support program-level activity, decision, action, and deliverable tracking • Perform other project management and administrative duties supporting MCICOM mission objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting federal or Department of Defense programs • Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software • Experience with Power BI dashboard development and maintenance • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation development, and document management • Experience establishing and maintaining data repositories, project records, and information management systems • Experience preparing project status reports, briefings, meeting materials, and other project management documentation • Strong organizational, analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with project teams, Program Managers, leadership, and stakeholders • Experience working with government or defense stakeholders • Active Secret clearance required • Must be a U.S. Citizen • PMP certification is a plus • Experience supporting MCICOM, MILCON, ICG, Marine Corps, NAVFAC, USACE, DISA, or other DoD organizations is a plus • Familiarity with MILCON, telecommunications, installation infrastructure, DoD planning, programming, budgeting, execution, project management, and reporting processes is a plus • Experience with requirements management, CONOPS development, project roadmaps, and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
