📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement new goal processes for Sales Leadership • Maintain existing goal algorithms and update as necessary • Work with Senior Leaders to design goal concepts and models supporting initiatives • Provide recommendations for goal architecture based on industry best practices • Complete complex data analysis projects supporting company initiatives • Summarize analysis learnings, package, and present insights to VPs and executive-level management • Work with Sales Operations Leaders and Sales Leaders on business monitoring and strategic issues • Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies • Assess sales force strategies throughout the year • Work cross-functionally on the Anaplan platform and consult on expansion of the environment • Serve as a consultant on CDW’s goal data and Anaplan • Develop and provide reporting to Sales Management on goal attainment and sales organization performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems) • 5–7 years of relevant work experience • Excellent analytical skills, including ability to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations • Exceptional customer service skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to balance multiple time-sensitive priorities and adapt to changing business needs while meeting deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interact with and present to directors and VPs • Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships • Strong Excel skills, including macros, Lookups, and SumIf functions, and modeling large data sets • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Anaplan utilization • Sales/Sales Operations experience • Experience working directly with IT departments • Project management experience
