📋 Description

• Lead NPI supply chain execution from prototype through early ramp • Ensure material availability, supplier readiness, and build schedule alignment • Own the NPI material management process • Partner with EMS and OEM suppliers to establish executable NPI build plans • Drive lifecycle management discipline for new products • Lead cross-functional NPI readiness reviews • Develop the team’s operating cadence, metrics, and escalation process • Serve as the supply chain escalation point for prototype-to-ramp material constraints • Identify and support process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in material management, supply planning, procurement, or product operations • A university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent • Demonstrated experience leading NPI supply chain activities • Experience leading people and influencing cross-functional stakeholders • Strong working knowledge of Kinaxis and Agile/PLM • Thorough understanding of MRP/ERP systems and procurement standards • Proven analytical skills • Flexible to manage relationships across different time zones • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills • Some travel required (~15%) to North America and Thailand
