📋 Description

• Provide lifestyle management education and support to members via phone, video, chat, text, or email • Collaborate with care coordinators, registered dietitians, physicians, and clinical support staff • Provide medication management and care for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision • Provide remote patient monitoring for scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, ketone meters, and similar devices • Support dosing and titration within established protocols for prescribed anti-obesity medications • Interact with team physicians and external providers • Establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse member population • Support behavior change using motivational techniques • Present online webinars as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an RN with an active license in good standing • Compact/Multistate license preferred • Previous experience in home health, pulmonary rehab, cardiac rehab, or bariatric surgery preferred • Experience supporting and educating on anti-obesity medications preferred • Proven experience utilizing motivational interviewing to promote behavior change • Demonstrated ability to receive constructive feedback and incorporate it into member calls • Must have a home office for private conversations and high-speed internet • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently • Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere • Must live in the United States • Commitment of at least 20 hours per week
