📋 Description

• Manage multiple clients and associated projects, fostering client relationships • Confirm project scope with clients and operational teams, ensuring adherence to contractual scope, timelines, and budgets • Engage team and functional managers in developing, assigning, and prioritizing work • Take corrective action with Operations to control project scope and cost • Conduct frequent project meetings from project inception through closeout • Create, review, and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, budgets, meeting minutes, timelines, client ISMs, issue and risk lists, and change requests • Implement change management to alleviate bottlenecks and improve organizational processes and procedures • Update databases for current project statuses and financial reporting • Host client visits and conduct facility tours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (degree emphasis in life science discipline preferred) • High-level skills in organization, multi-tasking, relationship-building, communication, judgment, problem-solving, persuading and negotiating • Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research industry experience is highly preferred • Phase I Project Management experience preferred
