📋 Description

• Assist with AI enablement programs and maturation of the enterprise AI measurement framework • Measure AI adoption, engagement, proficiency, responsible use, value realization, and ROI across multiple AI tools and platforms • Define structured, reusable ways to measure AI adoption and value across the enterprise • Establish standard metric definitions and value hypotheses • Work directly with data, dashboard tools, KPI logic, reports, and visual storytelling • Turn complex metrics into clear narratives for senior leaders • Explain analytical methods to practitioners and technical teams • Drive alignment across business units, IT, governance, privacy, HR, and engineering without formal authority • Distinguish usage metrics from business outcomes and assess direct, estimated, or proxy value • Measure proficiency, behavior change, and digital transformation outcomes • Support privacy-safe reporting, responsible-use metrics, and governance collaboration • Define common KPI standards across business units • Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports showing adoption, usage trends, and business value • Analyze trends and gaps to recommend enablement, governance, and investment actions • Partner with matrixed stakeholders to define success measures for AI initiatives • Develop ROI and value methods linked to time saved, throughput, quality gains, reduced errors, avoided risk, and cost savings • Maintain an enterprise view across multiple tools and use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • Less than 2 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, analytics, software development, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • Prior experience working with large data sets within an enterprise • Prior experience and knowledge with AI Readiness, Enablement, AI Adoption, Engagement and Value • Experience with Databricks highly desired • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational skillsets • Ability to define common KPI standards • Ability to build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting • Ability to analyze trends and gaps • Ability to partner across matrixed stakeholders • Ability to develop ROI/value methods connecting AI to measurable business outcomes • Ability to maintain an enterprise view across multiple tools and use cases
