📋 Description

• Lead implementation of Cencora’s global Responsible AI Framework • Design and evolve Responsible AI Framework components for business and regulatory needs • Ensure efficient management, continuous evolution, and regulatory compliance throughout the AI lifecycle • Establish data governance processes for high-quality data, clear lineage, and adherence to data rights • Educate stakeholders on Responsible AI Governance and best practices • Align AI strategy and privacy requirements across technology, HR, legal, and data governance teams • Lead AI Centre of Excellence meetings and align priorities, deliverables, and governance strategies • Build and support frameworks for data regulations and AI governance • Develop tactical and operational plans and allocate resources and budget • Advance enterprise value and risk management priorities • Use data insights to identify best practices, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Lead and mentor managers and professional staff • Coordinate complex activities across work areas and oversee cost, methods, and staffing • Resolve operational challenges and provide strategic solutions to senior management • Improve processes, systems, and practices supporting privacy and AI governance

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in Business or related field • Extensive experience in privacy, data governance, or AI governance • Extensive progressively responsible and directly related experience in privacy compliance matters, including technology transactions and Information Security/Data Protection • Experience implementing compliance or risk management frameworks and processes • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical policy environments, particularly working with health data • Experience managing initiatives in a matrix organization and driving cross-functional collaboration • Experience working with multinational and/or global clients and providing guidance across multiple jurisdictions • Deep knowledge of AI governance frameworks, privacy regulations, and data governance best practices • Ability to evaluate complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective processes • Strategic planning and leadership skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment • Experience developing tactical and operational plans • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills • Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and business unit representatives • Knowledge of project management techniques and best-practice reengineering for compliance processes
