📋 Description

• Support the Diversion Control Program through investigative research and assigned duties • Assist in implementing and operating the Diversion Control Program • Conduct investigative research using the Internet and public record databases • Conduct Customer Due Diligence and Suspicious Order Monitoring investigations • Monitor and adjust customer OMP parameters according to program policy • Liaise with Sales, Customer Maintenance, and distribution center compliance teams • Generate and review monthly statistical data • Assist with pre-audit preparation and interviews with state and federal regulators • Assist with targeted on-site pharmacy visits • Assist with internal associate training on the Diversion Control Program • Organize and document investigative and due diligence results for regulatory retrieval • Collaborate with peers and directors • Document work in a timely and organized manner • Travel as needed • Perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in criminal justice, business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a similar field, or equivalent combination of experience and education • Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience • Excellent organization and administrative skills • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Preferably familiarity with SAP • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong research skills • Ability to multitask • Willingness to travel
