📋 Description

• Prepare transportation solutions aligned with client requirements, available resources, and scheduling needs • Collect client, shipment, and pricing information for transportation planning and operational decisions • Document transportation requirements, service details, and pricing-related issues • Update internal stakeholders and field-based sales personnel with transportation and account information • Track transportation requests, resource availability, and service schedules • Record common issues and resolutions related to pricing, transportation planning, and service coordination • Maintain communication across stakeholders regarding transportation requirements, service commitments, and issue status

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, business administration, operations management, or a related field required • Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, customer coordination, sales, operations, or a related field required • Certification in logistics and transportation, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred • Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm EST
