📋 Description

• Own and deliver IT projects from scoping through deployment and documentation • Set up secure badge-release printing, conference rooms, and new sites, including Wi-Fi surveys, rack and cabling work, and UPS/power planning • Deploy and maintain Teams Rooms, displays, speakerphones, and cabling • Administer office and conference room digital signage • Administer hard phones, mobile phones, and soft phones, including Teams Phone, RingCentral, and TalkDesk • Build and maintain onboarding and offboarding playbooks and automation • Write scripts, tools, dashboards, and documentation using PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate • Support multi-site printers, peripherals, and AV equipment, including hardware setup and driver/firmware management • Coordinate with vendors • Administer and troubleshoot switches, wireless access points, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, static routes, and overhead paging/speaker systems • Resolve escalated issues through root cause analysis • Support disaster recovery and backup restore testing • Document fixes in the knowledge base • Administer SaaS applications, access reviews, license optimization, and SSO configuration • Advise on hardware purchasing and recommendations • Manage Entra ID and Microsoft 365 policies, user and group administration, conditional access, and basic Windows Server administration • Follow HIPAA and security best practices while supporting asset inventory, access reviews, and audit requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience • 1+ years of IT, engineering, or technical experience; internships and substantial project work will be considered • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting/CIDR, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network diagrams • Understanding of Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, hypervisors, virtual machines, RDP, and SSH • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint • Scripting or software development experience, such as PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Graph • Exposure to cloud infrastructure, including Azure or AWS • Hands-on experience with printers, AV equipment, and peripherals • Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical topics to non-technical teammates • Alignment with Habitat Health's purpose and values • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity • Strong learning and growth mindset • Integrity, ownership, and follow-through • Vaccination/infection control and PPE compliance as applicable to the role and work location • Nice to have: hands-on experience building servers, computers, and home labs • Nice to have: experience in a healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environment
