📋 Description

• Provide administrative and clerical support for business operations • Review and process payments • Perform data entry from source documents into a computer database • Provide production services to clients through data-entry tasks • Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned work • Compare lists of numbers and identify mismatches or errors • Handle multiple assignments • Maintain confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production levels • Work under strict deadlines • Research problematic payments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment • Microsoft and Excel experience • Ten Key experience • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Background check and fingerprinting • Key Test is required • Must be able to work Monday–Saturday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with Wednesdays off • Banking and payment experience preferred
