📋 Description

• Assist Account Executives with administrative DMVdesk-related activities • Assist Account Managers within a region to ensure all clients are seen regularly • Resolve client issues in a timely manner • Perform live scanning (fingerprinting) • Conduct VIN verifications • Clean up logbooks • Set up computers, printers, and monitors • Draft floor plans and collect documents • Install software • Assist with DMV document preparation • Assist DMVdesk with technical support tickets • Ride with the Registration Support team to assist with processing DMV paperwork

• Entry level position • Ability to perform live scanning (fingerprinting) • Ability to perform VIN verifications • Ability to clean up logbooks • Ability to set up computers, printers, and monitors • Ability to draft floor plans and collect documents • Ability to install software • Ability to assist with DMV document preparation • Ability to assist with technical support tickets • Willingness to learn DMV paperwork • Willingness to learn Business Partner Automation Regulations • Willingness to learn DMVdesk • Willingness to ride alone with the Registration Support team to assist with processing DMV paperwork • Willingness to attend RMP Online Classes • Willingness to learn rules and regulations of various DMV transactions
