📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls for clients’ businesses from home • Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients • Handle standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls • Complete paid training followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development with live calls and ongoing support • Maintain quality, accuracy, ready percentage, and after-call work-time performance • Work a steady, fast-paced schedule with potentially back-to-back calls • Choose weekly shifts, with selection priority determined by performance tier

🎯 Requirements

• Must be physically located and working in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona for the duration of employment • Excellent verbal and written communication • Warm, upbeat tone and genuine interest in helping people • Good listener who stays calm and efficient under pressure • Dependable and able to attend every scheduled shift on time • Strong computer skills • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools • Computer and internet connection must meet system and internet requirements before starting • Required to undergo a background check after receiving a conditional offer • Able to work 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours on both Friday and Saturday • Able to commit to a full-time schedule for the next 6 months between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time • Flexibility to work assigned shifts based on performance and organizational needs
