📋 Description

• Manage the business relationship between Cencora and cell and gene therapy suppliers • Work directly with outside pharmaceutical suppliers regarding policies, issues, and profitability • Negotiate contracts and establish sourcing relationships • Manage customer-related cell and gene therapy programs • Resolve work issues related to trading relationships • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Credit, Customer Service, and Procurement teams • Evaluate process improvements related to cell and gene therapy needs • Manage trade affairs with key strategic suppliers • Negotiate business agreements and settle disputes or issues • Represent Cencora favorably with suppliers and advocate for Cencora’s interests • Support business development and educational activities for assigned suppliers • Manage contracting programs that increase value for Cencora and its customers

🎯 Requirements

• Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education • 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, project management, category management, or a related field • Outstanding knowledge of product and supplier base, product relationships, and industry trends • Exceptional project management skills, including collaborative work across the organization and management of multiple diverse projects in a cross-functional environment • Ability to deal with confrontational issues positively • Effective oral and written communication • Excellent negotiating skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices • Strong computer skills and ability to operate company systems and programs • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
