📋 Description

• Coordinate assigned components of cross-functional implementations by translating approved charters into detailed plans and deliverables • Develop and maintain integrated project plans to deliver initiatives on time and within budget • Align internal teams and external suppliers on scope, timelines, dependencies, and multi-site workstream sequencing • Track budgets, forecasts, and capital spend inputs to support financial controls and timely variance actions • Coordinate contracting and supplier execution, including specifications, work orders, and deliverable acceptance checkpoints • Prepare executive-ready status reporting across milestones, risks, issues, and decisions • Improve delivery methods and documentation standards to strengthen repeatability and implementation readiness • Lead project workstreams across technology implementations, process changes, and cross-functional operations • Drive process improvement, standardization, and delivery effectiveness • Resolve issues quickly using analytical problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification preferred • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel
