📋 Description

• Review and negotiate technology and services procurement deals across Cencora’s Management Services Organization businesses • Handle software licensing, data licensing, subscriptions, website hosting and development, telecom, consulting, hardware purchases and leases, and artificial intelligence-related agreements • Draft and negotiate MSAs, Statements of Work, License Agreements, SaaS and cloud agreements, Data Processing Agreements, and information security requirements • Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues involving technology solutions and services, intellectual property, and commercial data analytics • Deliver effective legal services to clients with minimal supervision • Manage legal projects, matters, contracts, and business negotiations • Represent Cencora and client groups on business contracts and related matters • Make business-oriented and legally compliant recommendations • Manage multiple matters, prioritize tasks, and complete work efficiently • Build knowledge of Cencora’s businesses and industry policies and practices • Supervise outside lawyers working on Cencora matters

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience as a lawyer • Expertise in one or more specialty areas, including commercial contracting, health law, technology law, and intellectual property • Graduate of an accredited law school • Admitted into the state bar • Ability to negotiate and manage healthcare data and technology solutions agreements • Proficiency in complex healthcare regulatory laws and issue resolution • Ability to manage a large portfolio of procurement deals • Experience negotiating vendor agreements • Proficiency in M&A due diligence involving technology and IP • Ability to supervise outside lawyers • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong negotiating, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills • Excellent judgment and ability to resolve complex issues effectively • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
