📋 Description

• Serve as the lead finance partner to the North America Leadership Team • Provide financial insight and strategic challenge to support business growth and profitability • Support regional strategy, investment decisions, and long-range planning • Drive accountability for financial performance across the region • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes • Deliver monthly business reviews and executive performance reporting • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs • Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to improve growth and profitability • Support major customer negotiations, strategic bids, and contract renewals • Lead customer profitability and pricing analyses • Drive initiatives focused on margin expansion and operating income improvement • Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team of approximately 35 FTEs, including operations in overseas share services • Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and governance requirements • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management • Partner with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and External Audit teams • Champion process improvement, automation, and finance digitalization • Support implementation of finance, pricing, and reporting technologies • Drive productivity initiatives and continuous improvement across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred • Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA) and/or MBA preferred • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience • Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders in a complex multinational environment • Experience within healthcare, logistics, pharmaceutical, or supply chain industries preferred • Strong leadership, commercial acumen, analytical capability, and influencing skills
