📋 Description

• Lead assigned project and program activities by coordinating timelines, milestones, meetings, and follow-up actions across business initiatives • Develop project plans, status updates, trackers, and documentation to support execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication • Align internal teams to collect requirements, confirm dependencies, and maintain alignment on project objectives and deliverables • Evaluate project progress, resource needs, and performance data to identify variances, emerging concerns, and completion risks • Investigate issues, delays, and process breakdowns to determine root causes and support timely resolution • Recommend updates to plans, priorities, and working methods to improve delivery effectiveness and maintain progress against expectations • Standardize templates, reporting routines, and coordination practices to strengthen project administration and portfolio consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 6+ years of experience in business project/program management, PMO, portfolio management, change management, or a related field required • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification preferred
