📋 Description

• Develop and manage data analytics for programs and/or network contracts across all customer segments within the Elevate PSAO • Conduct analysis and compile key business indicators tied to business strategies and network performance • Assist with administering business operations by analyzing data, systems, and dashboards • Ensure data accuracy • Collect, interpret, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and opportunities, enhance contract negotiations, and support fact-based business decisions • Collaborate with internal teams to share information gained through data collection and analysis • Define data requirements and assist with preparing management reports, monthly financial statements, forecasts, supporting schedules, and annual business plans • Use data to support and analyze programs and PSAO contracts from various perspectives • Monitor customer activity using multiple Cencora and third-party provider systems • Review and analyze program data to identify stakeholder opportunities • Assist with third-party reporting and data inputs supporting Elevate programs • Support development of Elevate objectives and long-term goals • Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, finance, or similar vocation • Minimum 3 years of related and progressively responsible experience • Background in pharmaceutical distribution/inventory management, supply chain operations, reverse logistics, and pharmacy reimbursement may be required depending on function • Knowledge of Elevate products, programs, and services preferred • Understanding of various customer segments • Ability to work under pressure, balance competing priorities, and meet time-sensitive deadlines • Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail • Advanced analytical skills for financial tracking, building models, and profitability calculations using Excel • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent customer service management skills • Strong navigation of multiple systems and consolidation of data from various sources • Strong computer skills to operate company systems and programs • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical business intelligence software required
