• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting and retaining patients for clinical trials. • Maintain content on company social media accounts. • Coordinate updates to company website. • Support collateral development and marketing needs for business development, community outreach, recruitment and other departments. • Marketing Support for Conference and Community Events. • Outreach to local community. • Track and analyze results of advertising campaign and prospects origination to improve future recruitment plan. • Plan, develop, and execute patient-centric marketing campaigns to support clinical trial recruitment and retention. • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • Conduct research to understand patient demographics, preferences, and behaviors. • Collaborate with site teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders for effective marketing efforts. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, or another related field. • Knowledge of basic marketing principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Proficiency in desktop design software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, InDesign) • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Skill in managing company social media accounts and websites. • Skill in planning and placing media advertising. • Ability to work independently as well as functioning as part of a team. • Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally. • Ability to create compelling marketing creatives, such as ad campaigns, print materials, etc.
