• Provide marketing support for Digital Marketing Managers • Work collaboratively with copywriting team and designers to fulfill requirements of incoming Marketing Work Orders • Planning, tracking, and facilitating the completion of projects, campaigns, and initiatives • Provide campaign reporting and optimizations for campaigns • Testing and proofreading all assets—such as emails, landing pages, social media posts, and more
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Foundational understanding of marketing metrics and terminology (e.g., KPIs, click-through rate, reach, ROAS) • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365), including Excel • Comfortable working across both PC and Mac environments • Preferred: 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or communications support role • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and campaign execution • Experience conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking within an industry • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) • Basic understanding of SEO principles and research tools • Knowledge of government education funding programs (e.g., WIOA) • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
