📋 Description

• Build relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, and business needs • Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements workshops to identify process improvements and system enhancements • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process documentation, data flow diagrams, business process maps, data mapping specifications, and acceptance criteria • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle • Analyze current processes and develop scalable future-state workflows to streamline operations, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort • Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, Product teams, and Project Managers to implement and improve Salesforce solutions supporting Go-to-Market processes • Support Salesforce Sales Cloud improvements across automation, workflows, security, reporting, and data management • Evaluate solution options based on business requirements, user experience, scalability, and maintainability • Develop and maintain documentation for GTM workflows and Salesforce functionality • Write user stories and support testing, UAT, defect management, and production releases • Identify and recommend automation, workflow simplification, user adoption, operational efficiency, and business process governance opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Over 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst • Practical experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and associated business applications • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and CRM teams • Strong business process analysis and process improvement skills • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements • Experience working within Agile delivery teams • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Smartsheet
