📋 Description

• Provides first-line Enterprise Business Operations Services oversight of regulatory deliverables, reporting, and audit coordination • Focuses on monitoring execution, identifying risks, and ensuring timely, accurate responses to regulatory and audit requirements • Partner with business teams to drive corrective actions • Review and analyze operational deliverables and data reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of submission • Interpret new and changing regulatory requirements against current processes to identify where process updates may be needed • Communicate recommendations to cross-functional leadership • Support business implementations for process compliance • Own end-to-end audit response activities • Drive cross-functional leadership alignment to mitigate compliance risks and improve operational effectiveness • Identify compliance risks and lead targeted operational audits and control reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, compliance, or related field or equivalent experience required • 2+ years compliance, regulatory, or related experience • Experience with auditing and reporting processes, action plans, and compliance training
