📋 Description

• Lead analytics-driven processes with Sales and Finance to qualify prospective opportunities and recommend deal outcomes. • Deliver standard return-on-investment analyses for contract pharmacy sales leads and compare actual results against initial assumptions. • Develop data-driven performance and exception management insights for customer programs across the portfolio. • Design, track, and report program performance, highlighting trends and exceptions that inform business action. • Lead quarterly deal and program performance reviews with analysis, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries. • Support post-implementation investigations when program results fall short of expectations. • Provide ad hoc analytics support to triage customer program issues and diagnose performance concerns. • Use data visualization and analysis to tell a clear performance story for customer programs and prospecting efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, report writing, business analytics, or related analytical roles. • Demonstrated ability to use large datasets and business context to diagnose problems and recommend solutions. • Experience using data visualization techniques to synthesize conclusions for leaders or customers. • Ability to manage multiple analytics projects independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong consultative communication skills with ability to deliver data-driven recommendations across teams and to customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with executive audiences. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and curiosity when working through ambiguous problems. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required)
