📋 Description

• Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Contribute to projects that support the business • Explore various career opportunities within the Managed Care industry • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through project contributions • Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Research AI-enabled tools, automation, and learning-design practices • Analyze workflows and baseline data • Design and pilot process improvements • Gather stakeholder feedback • Create job aids, training materials, and supporting documentation • Support related design, quality, and project activities • Present outcomes and recommendations to leadership • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in instructional design, learning technologies, learner experience, or a related field • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed • Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period • Strong research, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project-management skills are preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Excel, or process-mapping tools is helpful but not required • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Cannot require visa sponsorship now or in the future, including candidates working under CPT or OPT authorization • Must work full time, 40 hours per week, during the summer • Must be available for virtual collaboration during the team’s core business hours
