📋 Description

• Direct and oversee all training activities, including training assessment and evaluation, material development, and training facilitation • Partner with subject matter experts to develop relevant training programs using different instructional practices • Lead development and implementation of training curriculum across the business unit • Conduct trainings as applicable • Develop learning and development initiatives focused on succession planning, career development, and performance management • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements through training and development programs • Consult with management and staff to understand work situations, processes, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies for training program development • Oversee and coordinate training efforts to meet training demands • Collaborate with Human Resources on new employee orientation, onboarding training, and employee development • Oversee online interactive training initiatives from development through facilitation • Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI; provide reports and recommendations to management • Identify and implement cost savings while maintaining effective training programs • Oversee auditing of team results, identify training gaps, and implement improvements • Determine whether to contract with outside vendors to meet training goals and objectives • Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal training calendar and external resources library

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 7+ years of training experience • Training experience preferably in a managed care or insurance environment • Familiarity with computer based training tools and technology based training platforms • Knowledge of training methodologies • Knowledge of adult learning styles • Knowledge of evaluative methodologies for measuring organizational impact and ROI of training expenditures • Ability to travel
