📋 Description

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives advancing Provider Data Operations priorities • Translate strategy into actionable plans and align business and technology partners • Navigate complex dependencies and drive initiatives from concept through implementation • Direct the strategic planning process and establish key processes • Monitor and manage key deliverables of the strategic plan • Build cross-functional relationships to implement business strategies • Provide project management for key initiatives and critical projects • Partner with business leaders and senior leaders to complete tactical and strategic initiatives • Consult with and influence senior management across functions • Advise business leaders on strategic and tactical decisions • Support financial, sales, and operations reporting and analysis • Lead change through oversight and management of key stakeholders and owners • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing new business strategies • 5+ years of experience working in a managed care environment • Strong financial and analytical background • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to travel 25–50%
