📋 Description

• Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business • Partner with IAM teams to identify and document KPIs, operational metrics, reporting requirements, metric definitions, and data sources • Gather business requirements across Jira, ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, Power BI, and other relevant systems • Assess data for completeness, consistency, and reporting suitability • Interview SMEs, business stakeholders, and leadership partners for operational reporting and data-driven decision making • Recommend, develop, validate, and document Power BI dashboards and Power Automate-supported reporting processes • Visualize IAM trends, workload, performance, and risks • Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore career opportunities • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through projects • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • Preferably enrolled in a field related to the hiring department • Knowledge of IAM processes and operational metrics • Ability to gather business requirements across Jira, ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, Power BI, and other relevant systems • Ability to assess data for completeness, consistency, and reporting suitability • Ability to interview SMEs, business stakeholders, and leadership partners • Ability to develop and document Power BI dashboards and Power Automate-supported reporting processes
