📋 Description

• Learn about processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Contribute to projects supporting the business • Support the IT Portfolio Management team in technology prioritization • Conduct stakeholder discovery and current-state analysis for AI-enabled product delivery and IT portfolio management • Evaluate workflows and develop validation-first, domain-aware agent concepts • Create reusable instructions, evaluation rubrics, documentation, and roadmap recommendations • Improve intake quality, requirements validation, and Jira-ready drafts • Explore various career opportunities within the Managed Care industry • Apply academic knowledge and develop new skills through projects • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • Preferably studying a field related to the hiring department, such as business analytics, product management, or finance • Relationship management skills • Prior work/internship experience is nice to have, not required
