📋 Description

• Lead projects to develop, monitor, maintain, improve and automate enterprise security processes • Reduce overall enterprise security risk • Create reports impacting executive- and Board-level decisions • Lead projects covering requirements collection, initiation, planning, execution, status reporting and closure • Mature and automate processes to manage security risk • Support security policy and standard development • Identify regulatory changes affecting information security policies, standards and procedures, and recommend changes • Support security control owners with control design and implementation • Lead design, evaluation and oversight of controls for key security and security IT projects, programs, applications and systems • Lead remediation lifecycle activities, including timeline tracking, action plan development, evidence artifact review, feedback, and closure documentation • Perform assigned tasks within the GRC tool within defined SLAs • Lead other team members • Prepare compliance documentation and reporting for senior management, the team and the Board • Lead complex projects on time and on budget, escalate concerns and provide weekly updates • Develop and implement best practices for gathering, reporting and representing security KPIs and KRIs • Perform security metrics reporting and information security process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, related field, or equivalent experience required • 6+ years of experience with security domains required • Knowledge of NIST 800-53, HITRUST, and ISO 27001 required • CISA, CGEIT, CRISC or CISM required • CISSP preferred
