📋 Description

• Maximize member retention across the Enterprise • Manage a team of retention performance managers • Develop and implement strategies to retain Medicare beneficiaries • Identify, research, prioritize and determine appropriate courses of action for applicable business matters • Direct, monitor and contribute to special projects aimed at reducing Medicare member disenrollment in local markets, regions and nationally • Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and satisfaction • Execute retention campaigns to improve member experience with the health plan • Create and manage programs educating beneficiaries about benefits and services across health plans • Monitor and evaluate retention initiatives and make necessary adjustments • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Candidate must reside in the state of Florida, Texas, or New York • Must be willing to travel and work some weekends • Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of related experience, preferably in Medicare industry • Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred • Experience with Medicare sales and being a people leader highly preferred • Equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position may be accepted • Master's degree preferred
