📋 Description

• Supervise staff to improve enterprise security programs based on compliance and risk drivers • Lead governance of enterprise security initiatives • Create reports influencing executive- and Board-level decisions • Lead a team building enterprise-scale Security GRC solutions • Drive GRC technology transformation, process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflows • Lead Archer initiatives and partner across technology and security teams • Support hiring, performance management, and career development of Security Governance staff • Prioritize and assign tasks for risk-based security oversight across business units and security domains • Lead projects improving enterprise security posture and reducing security risk • Maintain awareness of enterprise security policies and standards • Support security policy and standard development • Identify regulatory changes affecting information security policies, standards, and procedures • Support security control owners with control design and implementation • Lead design, evaluation, and oversight of controls for security and security IT projects, programs, applications, and systems • Lead remediation lifecycle activities, including timeline tracking, action plan development, evidence review, feedback, and closure documentation • Prepare governance documentation and reporting for Senior Management and the Board • Improve processes and contribute to team excellence • Lead complex projects on time and on budget, escalate concerns, and provide weekly updates • Develop and implement security KPI and KRI gathering, reporting, and representation practices • Perform security metrics reporting and information security process improvements • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in security GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory • CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISM required • CISSP preferred • Experience improving and automating Security GRC processes in partnership with technology teams • Hands-on experience with Archer migrations, implementations, or platform buildouts highly desired • Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM and other GRC technology platforms • Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance GRC capabilities and workflows • Process improvement expertise using Six Sigma or similar methodologies • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
