📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing chief-of-staff-style support • Support executive decision-making and coordinate strategic initiatives • Prepare leadership communications, executive summaries, presentations and business reviews • Maintain the organization’s operating rhythm • Connect priorities across teams and identify risks and gaps • Improve processes and drive accountability for key goals • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and ensure regulatory compliance • Develop strategies for improvement opportunities, organizational prioritization and resource alignment • Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle • Maintain project documentation, action items, issue lists and risk mitigation plans • Communicate project status to stakeholders • Negotiate for resources, resolve issues and mitigate risks • Lead cross-functional meetings • Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding program requirements and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred • Master’s degree preferred • Experience with project management tools and techniques • Experience managing project requirements, plans, schedules, resources, budgets, execution, deployment and closure
