📋 Description

• Support project and portfolio activities through research, meeting coordination, note-taking, action item tracking, and status updates • Gather, organize, and analyze stakeholder and approved-source information to support project goals and identify improvement opportunities • Create draft presentations, communications, process documentation, and project materials using team templates • Maintain project trackers, documentation, and shared team resources • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Communicate project progress or challenges • Complete a summer project or process improvement recommendation and present outcomes, key learnings, and recommendations • Learn processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through project contributions • Research legal, regulatory, and industry topics • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • High school diploma or equivalent • Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare, Public Health, Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field • Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on details, and work collaboratively in a team environment • Interest in project management, operations, business transformation, healthcare, process improvement, or organizational effectiveness • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • No prior project management experience required
