📋 Description

• Provide sales coverage and develop market penetration for products in assigned territories and accounts • Provide education and assistance to Medicare individuals • Distribute health education materials and arrange health screenings • Provide Facilitated Enrollment and assist with health insurance continuance and recertification • Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for Advantage Medicare • Apply policies and procedures for product disclosures, provisions, enrollment, and disenrollment • Develop a local community presence to generate enrollments • Conduct home visits and personalized appointments as needed • Market Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other designated sites • Explain covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions • Assist members with healthcare access, transportation needs, and related services • Adhere to marketing activity guidelines and provide required materials and documentation • Monitor competitive products and marketing practices and inform management • Conduct and participate in telemarketing and outreach efforts • Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and special events • Complete applications accurately and promptly • Submit reports on territory operations, product acceptance or rejection, and competitive conditions • Perform other assigned duties • Comply with company policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Candidates should reside in New York City, including Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, or surrounding communities • 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience, including previous managed care experience, required • Medicare Advantage sales experience strongly preferred • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required • Bilingual in Spanish preferred; specific language skills by some plans may be required • State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License upon hire required • Current state driver's license upon hire required
