📋 Description

• Develop and direct strategic business initiatives within enterprise priorities, product offerings, management, development, and enhancement • Develop and lead long-term strategic business, product development, and enhancement initiatives crossing or integrating functions, products, and business units • Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into strategic initiatives and products throughout the product development process • Identify and support integration of products and interventions across business units • Ensure seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services across product portfolios and strategic initiatives • Support client services across business units through initiative simplification and customization • Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on high-priority strategic initiatives and special projects • Develop executive-level materials, recommendations, progress updates, and decision support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 7+ years of strategic initiatives, product development/management, business operations, or related experience • Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to implementation • Experience across different market segments and product types
