📋 Description

• Direct the gathering and organization of assessment data and results to support risk reporting and monitoring • Advise, design, and/or validate IT controls and processes • Assist in designing corrective actions for control deficiencies • Consult with control owners to implement controls that minimize or mitigate IT risks, vulnerabilities, and threats • Ensure stakeholders incorporate new or updated controls into testing • Administer and enhance ServiceNow IRM, including process flow development, record maintenance, workflow optimization, and data quality activities • Collaborate within Agile teams and adapt to changing priorities in a sprint-based delivery model • Work with IT stakeholders to understand business environments, processes, and procedures and maintain systems of controls across IT functions • Assess enterprise-wide risk and compliance levels arising from external and internal threats • Maintain departmental work processes for IT controls • Interface with business control personnel and provide technical guidance • Communicate, consult, and assist with remediation of control findings and gaps • Develop or mature KRI and KPI metrics and deliver reports and presentations to management • Determine cross-functional impacts or risks of proposed technology solutions and identify efficiency opportunities • Manage stakeholders, issues, and risks • Perform other assigned duties • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, ServiceNow IRM, or Jira • Experience with data analysis or project management • Experience auditing, configuring, developing, or administering ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or related workflow solutions • Experience with IT controls, risk management, compliance, control testing, or audit processes within ServiceNow • Agile/Scrum experience, including sprints, backlog refinement, ceremonies, and iterative delivery • Ability to identify problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to work independently • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills • High level of accuracy under pressure • Judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management • Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion • CISA preferred • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control preferred
